MOI UNIVERSITY GATE PROJECT.

 Moi university main campus that is located in kesses recently built a New gate in December 2023.

Sources shows that the management of the school spent a total amount of ksh.29.8 million in two different projects to build the higher learning institutions GATE.

The now former vice Chancellor prof.isaac kosgei said they initially had a budget of ksh.48.2 million but this was abandoned because the gate was on a road reserve,when he appeared before the national assembly's public investments committee on education. 

.challenges that were faced by students before the gate construction;

I.there was alot of insecurity cases in the school as everyone could access the school ground without security inspection 

.advantages that the institution derived from the gate construction;

I.the gate has created a beautiful aesthetic to the school.

II.also,security around the school has improved since there is security personnels of the gate monitoring and minimizing invasion from locals and outsiders.
